CUBE Stereo Race 2011
The Stereo range from Cube last year was phenomenal and for 2011 Cube managed to improve their mountain bikes even further – Cube Stereo Race is in my book the prime example.
Tough anodized finish, little bit of green detailing (did you know that green is new black?), look which say: ‘I mean the business.’ Top end (but not over the top) componentry – FOX Talas forks and RP23 shock, Shimano XT drivetrain with added Shimano XTR rear derailleur, DT Swiss hoops, Schwalbe tyres, Formula The One brakes and carbon set-pin and handlebars -top end but sensible. And with it’s 120/150mm(front) – 140mm (rear) travel weighing only 12.9kg (in 18” frame size) is not bad at all. I have almost forgotten the price – £2649 – it is getting better. So if you want a trail center battle weapon for life you don’t have to look any further – your quest ends her the 2011 Cube Stereo Race.

“If you don’t like your trail bikes super agro then forget this one, but on the other hand if you do and want one of the best value for money packages going then this bike has to be it.
